Just put vegetables in the processing chamber, press vegetables down with the safety plunger and switch on for perfectly cut vegetables. The set includes a second, hidden safety switch that activates only when the plunger is in place and three mandolin style blades for 1.5 mm slices, 3 mm slices and julienne strips.
